How To Handle Adenoid Problem Without Surgery?

My 3 years kid is suffering Adenoid problem since 2013. Doctor suggest me for surgery and remove the adenoids asap. Can you suggest me that if there any chance to handle this with medicine without any surgery ? I am so much afraid about her for surgery. Because she is just 3 years old. And also doctor said that when she will 4 years then another tonsil surgery need for her.
