Hi
The kind of sensations that you have, you need to be investigated for the same.
Such increased movements can occur in simple infections to even partial obstructions in the bowel.
Symptom like diarrhea and constipation will lead up to a diagnosis.
You might need various investigations in the form of stool routine examination along with an abdominal ultrasound.
You should see a gastroenterologist for proper evaluation and further management.
