Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Most common causes of testicular pain is infection.
So you need to rule out prostatitis also.
Is there any chance of std?
I suggest you to consult an urologist and evaluate further.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
