How To Get Rid Of Medication Related Extreme Constipation?
hello, I was having a fever few days back and some of the tablets which I took resulted in constipation. There is extreme pain and sometimes blood while trying to excrete. Increasing intake of water doesn't help. I have taken a tablet of cremalax, but doesn't seem to help. Is there any immediate relief other than enema?

You have problem of constipation , dont worry about much you will get well soon
1. you improve your diet , Take Fibre rich diet,
2. Take warm milk at night before going to bed , if your problem continues then consult physician .
3. Take vitamin B complex once in a day.
