How To Get Normal Level Of Blood Sugar With Adrenal Fatigue And IBS?

Lately, if I eat a grain for breakfast, I have a blood sugar crash. When I eat my protein for lunch, I return to being somewhat normal. I also have adrenal fatigue in the am some days, candida, high heavy metal toxins, Eosinophil Esophagitis (food allergies), IBS & Leaky gut. How do I bring my blood sugar back to normal? Thank you!

Hi,

I really appreciate your concern, what ever the medical condition you have if it is the diabetes then anti-diabetes drug is the only option you have and the blood sugar level in diabetes needs to be managed in tight rule basis. If it is not the diabetes then no need to worry about this neither it need to be controlled, you have not mentioned the blood glucose value, if you read this after taking meal then it will show bit high which is nothing to worry, but first you need to ruled out the diabetes if it is not diabetes.

Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain Shaikh
