How To Get Daily Bowel Movement Without Constipation?

I AM 20 YEAR'S (STUDENT) , SINCE FROM CHILD'HOOD I DIDNT GO ON DAILY MORNING FOR FLUTH , I USE TO GO ALTERNATIVE DAYS.. BUT NOW AM FASING A PROBLEM OF NOT MAKING ' FREE MOTION', AND AT A MORNING TIME IM NOT ABLE TO MAKE FREE MOTION . . . . . all day long i hav to use wash room or 2-3 times . . .

bowel movement depends upon the intake of food.(quantity, regularity and quality also)
Food intake should be in regular time and mixed food stuffs like (carbohydrates,protein and fiber with recommended amount of water.)

avoid taking junk foods frequently.
be hydrated. add more fiber fruits and vegetables. mostly in night will help to clear your bowels in the morning.
