What Causes Low Libido?

i'm a 24-year-old guy, but my libido has been pretty lackluster for like the last year, or so.i think it may be diet because i've never been a healthy eater, which i've been trying to correct.for the past few months now i've been eating more oatmeal and wheat germ everyday, trying to get more fiber in my diet, that sort of thing.i'm thinking of going to get my hormones checked, but i'm still on a parent's insurence, and was wondering if a routine physical includes checking for nutritional defencies and hormone levels?if not, does it cost extra to request these and can i keep it private even though it's on someone else's insurence?

Hi,

Young man, don’t worry. A decreased libido without further symptoms is nothing to worry about. Testosterone status, if at all, is a test for the elderly or those who have multiple symptoms. In your age, without further symptoms, zinc should do it. Go to a pharmacy, buy a high dose zinc product of very good quality and take it as ordered by the pharmacist.

Zinc has an endocrinal effect by slowing down the degradation of free testosterone. Avoid soy product entirely as they contain a lot of natural female hormones. Try to think about other things and avoid any form of masturbation for 2 months. Do that, wait a couple of weeks, and you’ll be fine.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
