How To Gain Bone Density In Spite Of Taking Zole Phos, Resofos, D3 Max, Rockbone?

I have D11 D12& L1 compressed fracture ,pointed displacement . I suffer from osteoporosis post menopause. I have taken Zole phos, Resofos, D3 Max, Rockbone,surbex osteo, Ezorb forte, calcitonin nasal drops, still no gain in bone mineral density.suggest .?

Along with above mentioned medications,you should be active physically which should done under supervision of a qualified physiotherapy specialist.Osteoporosis is imbalance of bone formation and bone loss.Bone formation needs stimulation in the form of physical activities along with medications.
