How To Deal With Severe Pain In Pregnancy?

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and having a very heavy pain on my uterus. There is also a pain in my back and upper thighs. I'm 5'10 and 223lbs the pain almost has me in tears even when I am sitting on a cushion. It is slightly relieved when I am laying down.
