good evening madam. you can take orcerin for 4-6 months it will help for cartilage regeneration. idrofos is for your week bones due to osteoporosis. ETOVA-ER600.is analgesic and antiinflamatory drug for pain and also ultracet which has similar function. you should do knee exercises and avoid sitting down and folding your knees. if u are able to decrease pain you can postpone total knee replacement.
