my child...a 11 yr old girl started getting white spots on her upper lip about 3 years ago. At first just a couple but now 3 years later she has like 10. they almost look like very tiny white blisters,,but she says they don't hurt. I took her to our family pediatrician and he said that it was a virus that would go away on it's own..but a year later i asked to see a specialist cause they had not. So we went to a specialist who noticed warts on her fingers(that we had persistently treated since she was like 9)...and he said that they spots on her lips were warts as well. He gave us a cream that is used for patients who have skin cancer but said that it might also work on her lips. After getting it home and reading the pamphlet on the drug..I decided against it as it said not to be ingested and she would be putting it on her lips. Also the drug was poisionus to dogs and we have 2. Can u please tell me if you think that this is warts or some other condition,,and how can I safely treat them on her lips as she is getting made fun of at school..and she is a very pretty girl!!
