How To Cure Menstrual Cramps?

I am 25 yr old and not married. I have had menstrual cramps for almost 12 years now but off late I see thick dark blood being discharged. I also get a bad pain in my knees and lower back. Repeated blood tests have shown my heamoglobin levels vary from 9.2 to 9.8. Taking iron capsule or syrup has not helped. Is there anyway I can get rid of the menstrual pain
