How To Control Sugar Levels In Chronic Diabetic?

Dear Sir
I am a diabitic patient for the last 20 years. At present I am taking Januvia-100 + Glizid-M 2 tab before B.F and Dinner. I am also taking insulin -Lantus 32 units every day after dinner. But sugar levels are still not under controll. Can you please suggest some alternatives

dear sir I understand your concern.in my opinion you.in my opinion the treatment needs to be intensified may be you can consider taking two times premix insulin for a better results.the basal insulin is not much powerful in controlling blood sugar.kindly follow diet and exercise.
