Hello welcome to HCM.
Some people have a tendency of low blood sugar because the body defence mechanism can not work adequately when required. Still some diseases are associated with frequent low blood sugar levels.

My advice to you is -

1.Routine blood rereports are required like CBC, S. Creat, lipid profile, thyroid profile and urine routine Micro report. Sometimes persistent infection in the body or some kidney diseases can cause low blood sugar. So kindly ask your doctor about that.

2. I am advising her to take frequently lemon water with sugar or Plain glucose water at home or at work. Avoid excessive physical strainous work.

3. Chest x ray and sonography of abdomen is necessary to rule out some tumours which can cause low blood sugars rarely.
Thank you.
