How To Confirm The Health Of Pregnancy?

hi, i am 26 year woman, in my first trimester of pregency i had done TSH test which showed me a result 0.36 which is with in the range 0.3 to 4.5iu/ml but still doctor said that the tsh is low , and suggested me to do T3 , t4 and TSH test when i did the test i had entered ny second trimester and the result showed:
T3 : 2.79 ( PREGENCY :2 TO 3.8 PG/ML)
T4: 1.10 (PREGENCY 2ND TRIMESTER : 0.5 TO 1.6 NG/DL)
TSH ; 0.87 (PREGENCY 2ND TRIMESTER : 0.5 TO 4.6 IU/ml)

so please tell me is every think ok with my pregency.
