Hello dear,i understand your concern.In my opinion urine pregnancy test gives accurate results a week after missed period.So if you have tested early then i suggest you to repeat the test.The symptoms of pregnancy like nausea,vomiting,Increased urination,sore breasts start 2 weeks after missed period.Dont worry if the pregnancy test is positive medical termination of pregnancy is possible upto 6-7 weeks.Ans there is no other way apart from abortion once the baby is formed.Emergency contraception if taken within 72hours of unprotected sex might help in preventing the pregnancy.Avoid stress as it might also delay the period due to hormonal imbalance.

Understand your concern.
You should confirm the pregnancy if
Period is delayed
By urinary pregnancy kit, 10 days after missed period
By USG or blood HCG level : more accurate than urinary pregnancy kit.
Other symptoms: heaviness felling, breast soreness, implantation bleeding, tiredness, leg swelling.

For abortion:
Better to consult the gynecologist.
As using abortion kit at home can cause complication and illegal use.
You can use gynecologist prescribed mifeprex abortion kit.
There is no complication in future, you can use it but under gynecologist guidance.

It contain five tablet-
One tablet of Mifepristone 600 mg (One tablet) take orally after meal

After 24 hr of oral tablet, put four tablet of misoprostol in to vagina under the supervision of gynecologist
With in 1-2 hours of punting tablet in to vagina , bleeding will come out and that is conception product/embryo.

Slight Bleeding and abdominal cramp may continue for 4-6 days.
Follow up USG is needed to confirm the incomplete abortion.

Aftre using kit take following advice:
Proper rest
Tablet meftal spas
Healthy diet with adequate vitamin and mineral supplemets
Drink lots of drinks
Relaxation and stretching exercise
Take fruits like papaya, orange and pineapple
Maintain pelvic hygiene
Wear pure cotton loose inner wear
Use safer sex practice to avoid unwanted pregnancies.
Also check for foul smelling vaginal discharge for infection.
