How To Confirm Abortion Is Successful After Taking MTP Kit?
hello doc, I am 30 years old .I took MTP kit yesterday..Consumed three tablets orally and two through vaginal insertion.Had bleeding with lumps only for 9 hours. is it ok to have so less period of bleeding..and how do i confirm that the abortion is successful?

If your pregnancy is of very short span, the products of conception are small in size and hence bleeding will be less. However, to confirm that the process has been successful, you need to have a clinical evaluation by an expert followed by a trans-vaginal sonogram after one week. If you have had the abortion under medical supervision, you can get further help from your consultant. if not, please see a specialist immediately for further management.
