I went through your details. From the given details it is very difficult to diagnosis your problem. Manic depressive episodes are, if prevalent, always has a pattern. The symptoms you mention can be found my many other mental disorders. Therefore, to find the correct mental disorder you have, the best method is to consult a psychiatrist. Even your GP should suggest that. Don't be apprehensive about what they will do to you. Doctors always help patients to improve their wellness. Just consult and tell them the truth. Do not exaggerate. Take care.
