How Quickly I Can Reduce My Weight ?

Hi, Myself Manjunath. I am 25 years old and I am over weight of 40 kg. My weight is 117 kg and height is 177 cm (5.10 ft). Please reply how quickly I can reduce my weight?

No such methods available that can reduce your weight quickly ?. Rather expecting this is unrealistic. One need to plan and follow a diet and exercise program over few months, first, with a goal of not adding further weight. And then trying for reducing weight. Medicines available are not too many and the results are not long lasting and not satisfactory unless it is combined with diet and exercise. All the best.

Thanks for query,
You have got very heavy weight.
Go for thyroid test,
Go for blood sugar,fasting and post lunch.
Avoid total fat, moderate carbohydrate.
Do regular exercise like running,jogging,swimming for 30-40 mnt.
No food between two meals.
Take more veges,salads,fresh citrous fruits.
Less cold drinks,no ice cream,puddings etc.

The ideal weight for a height of 5'10" is 63-80 kgs so you are around 40 kgs over weight and it is not possible to lose this weight by simple dieting and exercises.So now you need to do a serious weight loss programme where you have to visit a gym or a fitness center where there is a dietitian as well as fitness expert attached.The dietitian will give you a proper low calory diet and the fitness trainer will guide you with proper exercises to lose weight and it will have to be continued for long time till your goal is achieved.
