Your tube that had the ectopic was ages by the pregnancy. That means your tube will be swollen and you will have an increased risk of having another ectopic if the tube does not have enough time to heal. I would recommend you wait 3 months before conceiving again, and that you have an early ultrasound as soon as you find out you're pregnant again because you have a 20 percent risk of having another ectopic.
