Hello
Stomach or abdominal tuberculosis is known as Extra-pulmonary tuberculosis .
When such type of patient comes in my clinic I usually prescribe Anti tubercular treatment ( AT T).
As rifampicin ( 10 mg /kg body weight)+isoniazide ( 6 mg/kg body weight )+pyrazinamide 15 mg /kg body weight) usually early in the morning with pantaprazole-d .
In the evening I usually prescribe levofloxacin 15 mg / kg body weight .
This treatment I recommend for 6-9 months ( exception 18 months).
As this is a case of stomach T B so patient lost appetite .
Appetite stimulates require as buclizine syrup or cyproheptadine .
As you mentioned she is very weak so protein supplement drip will provide relief .
As I mentioned all treatment is a prescription treatment so please consult a pulmonologist and get his opinion.
Swollen stomach and fever may be due to anemia or hypoproteinemia ( most common cause in stomach T B ).
Fever and weakness is also due to T B .
