Hi, I am 21 years old, female. I was on Microgynon for about 3 years, and after my libido slowly dropped and my mood swings got worse I recently took a break for 2 months. As I am in a long term relationship, we both found other forms of contraception was not working for us. So on the first day of my period I started to take Loestrin 20, and it has been 2 weeks now and I am still bleeding/brown discharge. Any ideas of how long this will last? Shall I start taking microgynon again? Is there any way to speed up this breakthrough bleeding?
