How Long Do You Suggest To Take Rest After Hysterectomy?

I had a full hysterectomy on 15th August cut abdominally, I have just returned to work as a carer on light duties as I push adults wheelchairs and do personal care which involves hoisting adults out of chairs onto beds. How long do you suggest it is before I go back to normal duties
