How Likely Is Lucency Being Cancerous?
There is a round mass like opacity in the right upper lobe measuring approximately 4 cm in diameter. There is a questionable lucency in superior aspect of this mass like process. I have a fever, Cough, headache & aches & pains in joints. I m being treated for pneumonia and hope that s all it is. How likely is it the lucency is cancer?

Since you have round mass like opacity in right upper lobe of lungs i would advise u to do biopsy from the lesion to rule out malignancy.
Since you are having fever, cough and joint pain i would also advise u take paracetamol tablets twice daily.
