Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The ultrasound report you have mentioned indicates congenital anomaly in the fetus. There is a meningocoele in the cervical region, and it is a neural tube defect. Moreover, the NT is also increased which can be due to neural tube defect or due to chromosomal anomaly in fetus.
I would suggest you to get a amniocentesis done to confirm the fetal chromosomal status and further management should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
