How Is Vitreous Hemorrhage Treated?

I have had a vitreous haemmorage in my right eye after a five hour flight. I am scheduled to do another 5 hour in 3 days time. Will this exacerbate the bleed?

I had a worse haemmorage in my left eye 3 months ago which has left some cobweb like disturbance.

Thank you

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having vitreous hemorrhage following a flight. It is better to avoid flying as sudden change in the pressure can cause or worsen bleeding.
The treatment of vitreous hemorrhage in the initial stages is by bed rest and use of vitamin C tablets to prevent rebleeding and help in absorption and rapid clearing of the vitreous hemorrhage.
Non clearing vitreous hemorrhage may require surgical treatment in the form of vitrectomy.

Thank you
