How Harmful Is Genital Warts During Pregnancy?

I am 26 years old. I am 10-11 weeks pregnant now with my first baby. But when I was 7 weeks pregnant, during my first pre-natal check-up, my obstetrician noticed I have genital warts. Although I did not have any symptoms such as itching, or urinary problems, my obstetrician thought about treating the warts. However, I ve read some articles from medical websites that the growth of the warts are supported by the pregnancy due to elevated levels of estrogen. And that they resolve eventually when the pregnancy is over. I m just wondering, should I be concerned about this? Will there be serious harmful effects to the baby? And am I considered as under High-Risk Pregnancy?
