How Effective Are The Below Medicines In Treating Throat Infection?

Hi Doctor How ru ?
I am suffering with the throat infection from past 2weeks
Kindly let me know what is the best medicine for it.
Currently i consulted Dr. Kishore Kumar who is ENT surgeon recommended to have the below mentioned tablets

2. T.X-Yzal

The throat infection can be because of the bacterial infection. The medicines you have been prescribed with are antibiotics, antihistamines and analgesics. So, you can continue these medicines for a course of 5 days. Do saline gargling. If the symptoms does not subside in 5 days, then consult your physician.
