How Can Physical Aggression And Psychological Problems After Paralysis Be Treated?

hello all
my father had major attack of paralysis on 10th october 2010 evening and now he is physically 40% normal but from last 5 days he is getting very aggressive and angry on each and every thing, talking useless things always. He is getting irritated to family members, so is this a psychological problem or paralysis side effect if its normal then do it require any treatment or can be resolve gradually by its own.
