is just as much a disease as any other medical problem. It cant always be cured by thinking happy thoughts, I wish it was that easy. If its just a case of the blues and you haven't felt this way long then yes get out have some fun do things you like it will help. If its because of something in your life you can pinpoint or if its just plain old depression then talk to your doctor. I am the first to say drugs aren't the answer to everything but depression can be very serious and it doesn't hurt to get alittle help from medication while you work through it.
