Hi,thanks for query.Yes you might be right that you are having anal fissure again.first of all you have to take something to make stool soft and stop straining at stool.Take light diet more of liquids and rich in fiber.Avoid spicy food. You can take sitz bath that is sit in a tub with your hips and add some antiseptic solution it.This will at least reduce pain and swelling both.Take analgesic pain on regular basis. If does not help then you need a doctor examination and a course of antibiotic.bye.

Hi ,

Welcome to Health care magic Forum.

Accoding to your description your condition appears to be a "Acute on chronic anal fissure" . You can try Lignocaine gel 2% its a topical anaesthetic has to be applied inside of the anal canal twice daily and it relieves pain.

Drink plenty of water as it will loosen the stool and increase the fibers in your diet like beans ,green leafy vegetables etc

Consult a General surgeon for examination and for the permanent solution.
