How Can Heart Palpitations, Breathlessness, Temporary Eyesight Loss And Tingling Be Treated?

hello, i have been having heart troubles and this is what is going on.. Periods during the day my heart will beat very irregularly, and then it gets hard to breathe. I also lose my eyesight temporarily, and get tingles all over my body. I have wondered if i have been getting panic attacks but I am not anxious about anything and my episodes are'nt short lived and they can last up to 8 hours straight. Could you please help me?

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that predominantly your are facing anxiety issues but even then I would like to advise you few test which includes CBC, Thyroid Profile , F/PPBS , ECG and a Holter analysis . Revert back with reports for further opinion.
