How Can Heart Beat Per Minute Count Be Brought Down To Normal At Rest ?

My bpm was 113 to 117 is that bad even though i didnt even do any work outs at all?

I am sorry to state that your question is very vague: 'bmp' or 'bpm'. I think you referred to heart rate which indicates your are having tachycardia. Please check it again. And do you have any heart disease or on any medication?
