Sir i am 20 years old i always feel weekness my weight does not increse since 2 years 63 kg and bmi is 20.3 is present i have done my test like ultra sound colonoscopy every result is normal but i don t know why i always feel weekness body mussel does not growth and when i do exercise continuously then feel good many gastroenterologist told me that this is ibs then what can do plz suggest me to increase muscle and stamina

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your low weight and GI upset.

You need to follow a proper diet take more proteins than fats and carbohydrates eat a good amount three to four times only, don't keep eating every hour that lead to increase in metabolic rate.

Start a gym schedule because heavy exercise because it leads to stimulus induced muscle hypertrophy and you will gain weight.

You may also need to go for thyroid function test too because higher level of t3, t4 also increase the BMR and weight loss.
