How Can Cough And Breathing Difficulty While On Carvedilol Be Managed?

I am recovering from av node ablation and dr. Prescribed 12.5 Carvedilol. I am experiencing fainting, coughing, breathing difficulties that seem to be coming from the diaphragm area, cannot sleep in a bed, severe back pain (new), headache, and strong flutter sensations. So I stopped Carvedilol after reducing to 6.25 for 2 days. Have no relief, so now what?
