How Can I Rehabilitate Hyperextended Wrist?

I hyper-extended my wrist and I got an X-ray and they said no bones were broken but I can't extend my wrist backwards which is resulting in me not being able to lift weights in my right hand or even do push ups because my wrist can't go back that far and I feel pressure in my right palm when I do workouts. What can I do to rehab this and get it better. I don't have insurance to get an MRI but I asked for one and instead they gave me an X-ray.

Hello,
First try to see a physical therapist. If they cannot help then they may be able to help you get the MRI that you probably need.
Regards
