Hello, To reduce weight I will suggest you to do aerobics exercise 5-6 days a week. This will help to regulate the hormones, to reduce the body fat, and improve your stamina. You can do exercise like, swimming, running or aerobic training classes. While doing exercises start and end with 5 minutes of stretching, which will help in not getting muscle soreness. Try to have black seesameseeds. Good for pcos
