Hair thinning is common after child birth.normally we loose about 80-100hairs per day which will get replaced.If hair loss is more than that then it is alarming.U use good comb with adequate length teeth.for dandruff u can use anti dandruff shampoo likeKZ.take adequate balanced diet& do regular walk/yoga.U can take supplements like riconia for 3 months&see results

General & Family Physician Dr. Shainaz Arif Kaware's  Response
Hello dipti;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Hairloss can be due to anaemia;dandruff;deficiency of vitamins and minerals;mental stress;after fevers like typhoid;malaria;thyroid problem etc.It needs to be seen what is the reason in your case and then only treatment can be decided.Please consult a Dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.Till then you can take multivitamins and minerals;get a CBC done to rule out anaemia if the haemoglobin is less the you may need to take iron tablets.For dandruff you can use Nizral 2% shampoo twice a week it will help.For proper treatment still you need to consult a skin specialist.
