hi how are you doctor . first of all thanks to answering my question . in early of my life i was masturbating so much , and till now i do it but not so often , but i have a big problem is that when i sleep my body masturbating it self { automatically }aind i dont know how to prevent it . thanks

This is called night discharge,you do not worry this is also a common problem.
Do not think much of sex particularly at night before going to bed.
Before going to bed prey the god,some good reading,wear loose clothes,do not wear under garment during sleep.
Do not see exciting channels or sex videos at night or for few weeks.
