These two diseases which can give this problem.
Go for thyroid and blood sugar estimation.
Go for strict regular exercise like running,swimming,jogging.
Do abdominal muscle exercise and pectoralis muscle exercise.
Go for dieting,Avoid fat and carbohydrate
Take plenty of green veggies
Avoid more tea,coffee,ice creams and cheese.
