VERY,VERY Bad I've seen 14 heart attacks (myocardial infarctions) in men below 30 The youngest was 21 All were smokers A single cigarette messes up your endothelium (the teflon coat lining your arteries) It might take 20-30 years for the bad effects to manifest It might happen earlier, like I saw in those young men Why screw up your life? Don't smoke. Period.
