History Of Thrombosed Hemorrhoids, Any Topical Pain Control Method Other Than Taking Fiber And Using Cream?

Is Nitrogesic cream available in the united states for hemorrhoids (non-thrombosed) and anal fissures? I have a history of thrombosed hemorrhoids (removal in surgeon's office after numbing 6 times between 1990 and 2011, with one OR surgery outpatient under general anesthesia in 1996). Other than taking fiber and using cortisone OTC cream, is there something with better topical pain control?

-without treating the underlying cause you cant be cured.

possible causes include;

-straining at with increased intra abdominal and haemorrhoidal venous

General Surgeon Dr. Hari Charan Perigela's  Response
Hi
If Nitrogesic is not available,then you can use plain Xylocaine jelly for local pain control.
Plain Cortisone cream will not help.
Your stools should be soft.
Take a Sitz bath with Betadine solution in warm water in a tub.
Wish you good health
