Heartburn, Pain After Swallowing Below Sternum. Had Esophageal Ulcer 6 Months Ago. What Should Be Done?

I had heartburn an hour ago have not been taking my omiprazole taking 800 mg ibuprofen 2x daily I'm a nurse...I got up and ate two hotdogs and water was diagnosed 6 mos ago with esophageal ulcer and when I just ate every time I swallow 8 second s later significant pain 3 inches below sternum that stops as soon as food passes what should I do?

Hi,
If you have oesophageal ulcer diagnosed, you should never take any NSAID like ibuprofen even ulcer is healed up.
It is contraindicated in this condition.
Take Omiprazole daily.
Change you food habit.
Ok and take care.
