Headaches, Back Pain, Numbness And Tingling Sensation, Have Sinuses. Had An Epidural. Done MRI. What Is The Solution?

Ever since i had my daughter july 27th of this year, my health has went down hill and i cannot get better. I had an epidural that turned into a spinal called a wet tap It caused a post dural puncture headache or so thats all we thought it was. First blood patch was done within 12 hours of me having the headache, it worked for a day, the second one was done 2 days after the onset and didnt really work much, it worked a little a day after it was done then just sort of wore off after that I had a horrible spinal headache for like 5-6 weeks with neck upper back pain and lower back pain. I also had numbness and tingling in the whole upper half of my right side. Got an mri with contrast they saw a blood clot in a vessel they said was in the middle of my head like a mohawk. Put me on heparin for a few days then took me off and said it was due to the low pressure headache from the csf leak and just gave me a prescription for a few months of baby aspirin, decadron(steroid). Came back to er a few days after because my head felt like there was so much pressure like my sinuses or something, they gave me a prednisone taper with effexor(to take the edge off). I did a follow up with my neuro and she took me off of everything. I now get daily sinus headaches all day unless i ly down for awhile, and have back pain. Where should i go from here, please help me. My OBGYN said my head looks swollen, as did my neuro. im in pain taking care of two children and i really need some advice, please il do anything!

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.

It is unfortunate that you are suffering from severe headaches and no proper diagnosis has been made.

If possible, please upload a copy of your MRI brain with MR venogram report.

It is possible that you have migraine, along with persistent post-spinal headaches.

You would improve with proper medical treatment under the guidance of a neurologist.

I hope it helps.

Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
