Headache, Started After Cooking On Grill. Anything To Worry?

I was cooking on the grill yesterday and began feeling the effects of a headache. At first it was a dull pain that was quite manageable. I already have a cold, so I took some night time gel capsules for that last night, and after an hour or so the pain subsided. I woke up this morning and the pain was gone, yet it slowly came back throughout the day. The sensation of pain has increased throughout the day. Currently it's a throbbing sensation, which I would say is a 5 or 6 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the most painful..

I'm concerned that I might have monoxide poisoning, but any monoxide I would've been exposed to while grilling yesterday should have left my system. Should I be concerned? Can I expect this to dissipate by itself?

Hi,
The signs of CO poisoning are-dull head ache, weakness, nausea, vomitting, cofusion, dizziness, chest pain------you have only head ache out of these, lesser chances ofCO poisoning.. still looking at the graveness of CO poisoning, It would be on safer side to
- Get your blood test done for Co level,
-get some pure oxygen inhailation from some nearby nursing home,It's always safer to get admitted if you doubt of CO poisoning.
- Check for Co in grilling area by CO ditector'( It's safer to use charcoal grill insted of CO grill)

The cold you have might have turned into sinusitis & giving the throbbing pain you have. In such a case, anticold pill (paracetamol, chlorproazine maliate &caffine combination With antibiotic of Erythromycin group,is usually sufficient., nasal inhailation of water vapourWith eukalyptus oil in it-gives releif.
Please cosult a physician to rule out CO poisoning &take proper priscribtion. you will be ok.
Take care.
Thank you.
