Having stomach pain, breathing problem, fatigue and fever. Blood test done. Looking for the suggestion

Hi I am Chandreyee from mother has symptoms of stomach pain, breathing issues, cough, fatigueness and high fever. Her Sodium test is at high levels, ESR is 125, RBC is lower than the normal range, SGPT, SGOT and alkaline phosphate is higher, Albumin is low...what is the health issue with her??? pls respond immediately.

I think we could be looking at some kind of chronic disease. There could either be something wrong with her kidneys or her liver. The next step would be to do a blood urea, serum creatinine and ultrasound of the abdomen. In addition, she needs a course of oral antibiotics as well.
We should be looking at some kind of severe infection. Please see an internal medicine specialist.
