But the reason behind increased thickness can be many.
Considering the fact that you had periods twice, the endometrial thickness you have is quite abnormal.

But its always better to evaluate any abnormal bleeding at your age by an endometrial biopsy
. this helps in ruling out cancerous causes of abnormal bleeding.
If your biopsy is normal or shows simple endometrial hyperplasia
alone, then use of progesterone
like meprate or regesterone
So I suggest you should get an endometrial biopsy just to be sure that the bleeding is not due to cancer.
