Having Noticed Delay In Periods,tender Breasts,cramping & Lightheadedness

took a blood pregnancy test on the date i was suppose to see my period this month(20th) because i was feeling ligthheaded and nauseous and tired,it came out negative. the Doctor also advice i take malaria test which i did and it came out positive. i have been treated for malaria now am ok. nut am 10days late on my period with off and on tender nipples,pms cramping(front nad back),wet feeling like am about to have my period,lightheadedness when i bend over. my period has alwayz been slightly irregular. am a mother of 2yrs old. the question is, what is wrong with me?

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
You should exclude pregnancy by repeating your test again to avoid false negatives.
These symptoms may represent weakness due to Malaria, influence of hormone variation in your body, PMS, or an undiagnosed pregnancy, may be ectopic.
So, also have one trans-vaginal ultrasound to exclude this possibility.
