Having Joint Pain, Stomach Cramps. Taking Injections For Vitamin B12 Deficiency. Family History Of Arthritis, Ulcerative Colitis And Chron's Disease

Joint pain all over body (had for years but worse in last week), pins and needles in hands and feet for last two days, stomach cramps and running to toilet, taking injections for b12 deficiency. Blood test shows no inflammation. Mum has arthritis , sister and uncle have ulcerative colitis and chrons. Doctor has no idea whats causing the problems.
