Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi Bindu

Do you have any other symptoms other than fever ? Any joint pains ? any weight loss ? Any cough

I would ask you to get done the following tests:

1. ANA
2. CRP
3. Chest x ray
4.Urine routine micro
Please let me know the reports. Sometimes autoimmune conditions cause raise of ESR to such value. Sometimes a little bit of urine infection can also cause the same.

Hope this helps
